A wrongful death lawsuit against the valsartan pills manufacturer has been filed on May 1 in the U.S. District Court of N.J. by the family of a man who resided in Kentucky and passed away in 2018. They claim that it caused liver cancer as a result of chemical impurities and that same drug was recalled a few weeks after his passing.
Valsartan treats high blood pressure as the diseased parted taking those pills in 2014 – 2018.
