Non-recourse funding for plaintiffs: No repayment if there is no recovery.

BAKER STREET FUNDING LOGO

Baker Street Funding is a premier legal funding firm serving select personal injury plaintiffs, law firms, and corporate claimants.

All funding inquiries, case evaluations, eligibility criteria, case types, products, and potential offers are subject to approval, underwriting review, and may be changed, restricted, or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice. Terms and conditions apply.

Our plaintiff lawsuit funding products are non-recourse, meaning that if there is no recovery in the case, there is no obligation to repay. Our commercial litigation funding products are also structured as non-recourse. Some attorney funding arrangements may be structured differently depending on the product. References to “loan,” “lender,” “borrow,” or “cash advance” may appear for plain-language comprehension and do not change the non-recourse nature of our plaintiff funding agreements.

  • Eligibility (summary): Eligibility depends on the funding product. Baker Street Funding works with qualifying law firms and attorneys seeking $250,000+ in financing, select corporate plaintiffs seeking $1,000,000+ in litigation funding, and plaintiffs in personal injury, civil rights, and employment cases who are represented by contingency-fee counsel and have a minimum case value of $50,000. For plaintiff lawsuit funding, applicants must be 18+, live in an eligible state where applicable, have a strong liability claim against a properly insured defendant, and meet Baker Street Funding’s underwriting requirements. Attorney funding and larger litigation funding matters are reviewed under separate underwriting criteria. Contact us to discuss your options.
  • Rates & terms: Not all clients qualify for the lowest rate. Actual rates depend on case strength, venue, timing, and other underwriting factors and will be disclosed in your written agreement.
  • No advice: This site and our materials are for informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Consult your own professional advisors before making decisions.
