Eligibility (summary): Eligibility depends on the funding product. Baker Street Funding works with qualifying law firms and attorneys seeking $250,000+ in financing, select corporate plaintiffs seeking $1,000,000+ in litigation funding, and plaintiffs in personal injury, civil rights, and employment cases who are represented by contingency-fee counsel and have a minimum case value of $50,000. For plaintiff lawsuit funding, applicants must be 18+, live in an eligible state where applicable, have a strong liability claim against a properly insured defendant, and meet Baker Street Funding’s underwriting requirements.
